Xinjiang Province is located at the same latitude with California; good for grape growth. The dry weather, low precipitation and sandy land all bring advantages to grow high quality grapes.

The grapes here belong to the Eurasian species, close to Thompsonseedless, with the peculiarity for precocity, fertility and high sugariness, suitable for drying. After drying, the color becomes dark green.

Xinjiang green / red raisins are chosen from Wuhebai grapes in Turpan. Through natural drying in the special drying rooms, raisin is with particularly flavors, as one of the most nutritious dried fruits in the world.

Raisin is without cholesterol or fat and with low sodium. It contains necessary vitamins and minerals; including Fe, K, Ca and vitamin B. Raisin is with abundant fiber and antioxidants. Furthermore, it is with 70% of pure fructose for easy digestion.
